Nice quiet location

Hot water in toilet room did not work I did expect a kettle and cups to be available

The location and the room were fine. However the room had not been cleaned so there were dirty towels in the bathroom, a bin full of rubbish, dirty coffee cups, and the bed had not been changed. I have photographs. I tried to contact the owner by email and text but I saw noone during the two days I was there. I had to decide on a freezing evening to put up with it or to try and fins somewhere else and chose the former. Something clearly went wrong and this is not acceptable.

Arrival information and communication, brilliant and accurate. Very clean and decor modern. Great parking and location.

The room was cold to begin with, and it did warm up. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The shower in the morning went cold after 5 minutes. Would recommend some form of hospitality tray. Kettle, tea/coffee.

Nice clean room with a friendly community kitchen area.

Clean, stylish, good amenities

I rang the host 3 times and they never answered, the blinds in our room allowed everyone outside to see inside, the property was really cold when we arrived, the access information was confusing and not clear

Easy check in, good value.

Location was loud, adjacent rooms were loud and the shower was not great.

The way out

Bed was slept in, and dam where a wet one had been lying on it, all towels wet as in used. Bin full. Owners were messaged 1 min after i entered, stil waiting on there reply to see if it was the right accommodation i had. Stay clear, should at least answer messages to people who have paid to be there.
