Rooms at The Vista

The location was great! Less than a 15 minute drive to PHX Airport and on a dead-end street in a neighborhood. I felt safe and secure traveling solo. Wifi was good for me to work remotely, though it blipped once or twice, but nothing that hindered my work. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated having the little desk/work station. Owner was very quick and responsive when I had questions or issues. Amazing value and wish I could gatekeep it, but was very clean and well stocked. The bonus of grabbing a drink each day was so kind. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Phoenix!

Having the lights being motion activated is great but I wish there was one in the stairwell at night going upstairs. It took some adjusting for me.

Couldn’t access

Poor options, only one shared bathroom and bath. I was looking for a quick overnight stay before my flight the next day. I didn't know they charge everyone $50 of a cleaning charge irrespective of how long you stay. Kind of ridiculous for a place with one bathroom and 4 shared rooms

Hidden charges- they charge $50 for cleaning even though I stayed less than 12 hours and barely used the room. Disappointing, because these fees weren't clearly visible when I booked. Very mediocre stay.

The details and the cleanliness were outstanding. Excellent safety features put in place.

It was my first experience to stay like this so it was a little odd to see strangers in the kitchen but it was also very quiet and you felt secure and protected with the safety features in place

Everything is up to date and everything’s included, like any type of pan, spices, a large fridge and even bathroom stuff. The back garden was amazing too!

I needed an invoice for border customs and they were very kind and tried to help me providing a hand written document that tested my stay, but i’m not sure that it would have been considered valid at customs, but this was the only little hiccup i had, anything else was amazing! Responds were very quick too!
