"Exceptional"

This place was my favorite place to stay in Phoenix be it a hotel or a private room. It is in a nice area. Your room has a tv, a desk, a closet, a little dresser, wi-fi, and even a smart assistant that you can use to play soft music and control the lights. The living area is organized really well and each room has fridge space and cupboard space, and plates, napkins, condiments were available. There is a fireplace and a barbeque in the spacious backyard. You can also use the laundry room. The large shower (which is shared) includes a dispencer for your showering needs. It is well thought out and feels like a real hotel. The bed was also very comfortable. Very relaxing. I plan to return one day.

"Superb"

Super clean and comfy place. Unfortunately we stayed for only one night, but everything was excellent. Easy checkin and checkout, fast response from the host, very pleasant communal space and kitchen. Would stay again

Holy crap I didn’t realize it was in the most perfect spot where I can go pretty much anywhere and go to anything that I want. The location of it is perfect and on top of that, its an amazing house and on top of that I love renting a house that is clean and modern and this house had everything where 90% of it is automated and you really don’t have to bring anything besides your clothes because they provide everything for example they provide toiletries all the way to having most of the cooking utensils and providing water for the guests I would recommend it 1,000 percent if you want to go to phoenix for a vacation

"Best home share ..."

The owner was very patient and helpful when I kept locking myself out. The house was imaculate and very cozy and comfortable. Every accomodation was there to be used. He thought of everything as far as guest needs and I would stay there again and again. Out of 1 to 5 stars. I give it ten stars! Fantastic property and owner! Thankyou very much

"It’s was exceptional and overall was a 9/10"

I loved how it had a beautiful and kept up backyard

I did not like how the host was a living in it felt uncomfortable and I also did not like how there was only 1 bathroom to 3 rooms
