"A great trip"

We were upgraded room which was incredibly generous. Jackie was an amazing tour manager, full of enthusiasm and joy. Winnie in the dining room was also really lovely. We would recommend to anyone wanting to do Ha Long Bay

The views were absolutely amazing, the staff were so kind and their customer service was great! The activities were really fun to do and was easy to follow the tour guide’s instructions.

I wish there was some more food options that wasn’t seafood, as the buffet had a lot of seafood options. Getting home was a little confusing as there was no communication about the time we were getting picked up as we had organised hotel transport with the company. After about 20 mins of waiting a random bus pulled up and called out our name to take us home.
