"Fantastic"

Clean, comfortable, fantastic view.

The tv did not work with channels. And when we asked the staff to fix it they said that there was no English subtitles (it was an English movie). That was very annoying.

"Relaxing and luxurious night away."

The Senior (President) Suite was fantastic. Such a special relaxing place.

I personally didn’t like having a urinal in the bathroom, but I know my husband would disagree!

"Great stay at halong bay"

Great and big bed, super comfortable. The bath tub was very nice, great view from the balcony. Great amenities. Amazing activities in the boat

The manager spoke too loud (microphone was very loud). The bathroom floor was inclined. The announcements in the rooms were too loud. Not a lot of food for dinner.

"Great fun whilst exploring Halong Bay"

Ship was stunning and room was massive Staff were lovely and friendly Everything was well communicated and organised including the pick ups from Hanoi etc Food was mostly superb

Despite the high cost you didn’t even get a free tea/coffee for breakfast which is outrageous!! Some of the food was very cold and not fresh!
