The photos in the property listing indicated a vibrant and colourful apartment. The actual apartment was dull and uninspiring.

I stayed here while travelling alone and felt safe and comfortable throughout my visit. The property is secure and well-kept. The host was accommodating and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.

Not near the centre, as they claimed. No balcony. Blood stained and dirty bed sheets. Dried in old toothpaste on bathroom tiles. Shower weak. Bedroom too small for two sgl beds. Living rm uncomfortable. Knives blunt. Worst place I have ever stayed. I gave the property managers ample opportunity to compensate me prior to submitting my review. Had they done so I would have mentioned that here and it would have been nice to have had something nice to say about the whole abysmal experience.

The room is clean, spacious with sufficient kitchen tools for cooking the breakfast and dinner.

There is no lift. The location is not very close to the city centre and the car parking fee at the city centre is quite expensive.

The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. The only concern was the checkin process. The host required an online checkin with an app that was not particularly user friendly. Also the pass code are not released until the date of possession so if you do not have a cell phone with UK coverage it becomes problematic to receive the codes.

The host was very accommodating and allowed me to extend my stay by 30 minutes, which was really helpful. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Have chosen to stay here multiple times.

My spouse and I had a fantastic stay here! The location was spot on, just a short walk from the city center, which made exploring super easy. One thing we really appreciated was the free WiFi and parking—such a bonus, especially in a busy area! The place was clean and well taken care of, which made us feel right at home. Everything was set up nicely, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. We’d definitely stay again!
