You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 160 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

"Excellent Stay"

I had a fantastic stay at this excellent property. The parking was very convenient, making it easy to arrive and settle in without any hassle. The host was incredibly flexible with our check-in time, which made the whole experience even smoother. The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free visit!

Parking can sometimes be a bit tight when multiple guests are staying at the property.

"Good location, clean room, easy access by taxi from the train"

Good location at about a 25 minute walk from Kings Parade. Quiet area with a good quantity of pubs and restaurants in the area.

The first night another guest had a very loud lady until 7 am. They had a good time, we didn’t. The host did apologize for it the next day though. The room was clean but the hallway and stairwell carpets were filthy so didn’t leave a great first impression

"Exceptional"

Good for two people. Very accessible and near to some bus station. Almost complete kitchenware. We are able to cook food. Toiletres are also provide which i Like. I dont need to go to market about it

"A little lacking according to the advertisement however it was good for what we needed."

The location, the owner was prompt at replying to queries The amenities were good, the fan was much appreciated

The hallway carpets were very marked, didn't give a good impression and there was no balcony. Photos were a little misleading

"Nice apartment in Cambridge"

Host was very responsive, we have difficulty at 1st but eventually was resolve thru the host communication. Place is very central and a lot of market near. Staff are respectful. Room is good apartment

narrow parking. it is a 1st come 1st park basis you need to come early if you want to have parking slot
