"very nice hotel and plenty of downtown attractions within walking distance. great food at hotel, as well as, a short wal"

very friendly and polite staff. great location in downtown

train runs frequently past the hotel at all times of day. can get loud and unwelcoming at 3-4am when it wakes you up from a sleep. not fault of the hotel but it can get annoying. Parking is located along the street on each side of the hotel, no dedicated parking lot for the hotel

My Daughter room AC didn't work EBONY PITTS ROOM 605 it was very very Hot in there when we left for her Birthday Party she reported it to the front desk they said they were going to fix it , We returned at 2:30 am her room was still hot AC not fix she checked out at 3:30am ...She deserves some of her money to be returned on her card or a Free night stay

The front desk girl was amazing

No ac in room. Rude restaurant staff. Manager kept telling me she was over me. They over charged my credit card TWICE. Restaurant staff complained about me to guest. Manager complained about me saying I was being bitchy
