The LaSalle Hotel, Bryan College Station, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Beautiful historic building right in the middle of downtown. Good price and has a lot of character. The staff is sweet.

Furniture and decor in the room is rather shabby/ dated/ run down. Room had a strong smell (like crayons) but nothing a plug in air freshener couldn’t fix. I had to pay $40 to check into the room (that was already vacant and ready) 2 hours early. The place is awesome for the price just don’t expect perfect.

Once we found the front desk, the front desk girl was very polite. She stayed calm and kept a smile on her face the entire time while we were trying to fix the problems. The manager did upgrade me at no charge to a better room that had the bathtub I needed

The parking is horrible The communication between Priceline and the hotel needs improvement. I was charged over $50 more than what Priceline quoted me. The original room had the ac broke and heater running making tye room into a sauna. The original room was not as large as pictured. And had no bathtub

Their isn't any detail about the free ears plugs or that the downtown closes early. Their WiFi crashes, problem with keys to rooms. Their nothing that I liked. Yes someone can call. But I know it wont happen.

The Train going thur town not just one or but three or four early in morning and night. You do The bar the drinks were expensive. get free ear pulgs WoW... There about the trains going and you get free ear plugs, The Wifi crash and we can't get in to rooms and had to get someone to let us in and get the keys re-issue. They have a bar in the basement with entertainment but that person can't sing, He told us all his songs are written by him. one song was about a fly on the wall at Willie Nelson house and another song was about dying in hotel 6. I paid $30. for that.Their menu was ever good and they closed the kitchen too early. We travel to Bryan Tx. for a convention and would leave around 10 pm and all the eating establishments were close. That were in walking distance.

The location was good!

Staff not very attentive or even around! Booked a Queen room on booking.com got there and no Queen rooms available due to staffing issues.There was no clean Queen rooms available! Train is very loud going by properly 3 times night but they offer ear plugs! Older historical building that needs some TLC
