The bed was comfortable that's it.

They do not cater to dogs as per there website. And TRAINS right beside the hotel you will be woken up at 2 AM.

Loved the vintage/historical atmosphere. Hope coming renovations retain the best of that. Although I was too tired to partake, the bar with food and indoor/outdoor patio seating appeared very pleasant--casual, festive in a subdued-ish manner. Lively yet not too wild. Lovely really. Did I mention the whirlpool vintage claw-footed bathtub?!

Fridge positioned between doors of cabinet. I had to move it to open it. Tried to open curtains of one window and whole rod fell down. Note re non-smoking was a bit rude though obviously carefully worded. I asked for a non-smoking room, so clearly not a smoker. Tabletop where note lay was rough, peeled wood. Bare metal painted chair might feel nice in August but was cold seating in AC. I had to drape a towel over it to use it.

nice & quiet

it’s not that I didn’t like it but trains aren’t even loud like they say they are , during the day just a little but only for 5 seconds but at night it’s fine lol people over exaggerate
