GBThis property is great for a short stay, especially if you are in town to watch the rugby at Rodney Parade. The host was responsive with quick responses. The beds are comfortable.
The house is advertised as "Brand New". It is a modern apartment, but it is not brand new. The property has a musty smell to it.

GBGBGreat location and very comfy Beds, a lot of space to think it is one room. Location is great to go into Newport city. The parking was ideal as well, got parked straight outside the building. WiFi was good and a lot of choice on the TV. A lot of storage was handy to.
It is in need of a good deep clean. There was grease on a lot of the cooking appliances and work top, I also found a few dirty cutlery pieces and dishes. The sofa bed was full of crumbs and dirt that I had to try and clean myself before using it. The rugs and flooring desperately needs a good clean to. It gets very cold at night! The heating system is noisy at night as well and the fridge freezer is very noisy, so make sure you take Ear plugs. You hear everything outside too. We didn't get access to the back garden either even tho this was advertised and the double doors were locked so we were unable to get any fresh air in while cooking, unless you open the front door which is straight onto the maid road. The bathroom is very slippery when using the shower, so could do with rubber mats in there. There is no privacy when using the shower either as there is no blind over the small window and you need to keep it open when using as it's extremely slippery! It takes a while for the Hot water to come through as well so it does feel like you are wasting water.
