GBGBGBGBGBReally easy to collect the key on arrival. Really nice accommodation - lovely comfy beds, great kitchen and bathroom. All decorated lovely, all comfy. Would definitely stay again - really lovely flat. Love that it's got its own entrance too. Great communication from the host. Loved it so much that I would've stayed an extra night if it wasn't already booked that night.
Took me over an hour to find parking on the first night. I'm not sure if it's always that busy, but I definitely recommend if you're planning on arriving at night and planning on using the free on-street parking, make sure you leave enough time to look for a parking space, or arrive in the daytime. Managed to move my car closer the next morning, but it required me waking up at 6am to move it from a nearby short-stay car park before work. Not the owners fault, which is why I've given them a good score, but putting this on here more as a heads-up for anyone staying here that on-street parking is possible, but leave yourself enough time as it's very tough to find a spot at night.
GBIt was fine. We arrived late and went early so there isn't much to comment on. We slept fine.
It was very cramped and there were only two chairs for the three guests. The place looked clean but actually it wasn't really. For example, there were chips in the oven door.
GBHome away from home, You had everything you needed, even though we only used the kitchen kettle and fridge, also the sink to wash our cups and spoons. The studio flat was Clean and tidy and very cosy. A lot of appliaces, and plug sockets. Beds were comfortable and clean. Slept very well and felt safe in the area we were.
The Iron board was very small and took three times as long to iron our clothes. We had to iron on the bed which having a bad back doesn't help. We were not able to use the TV as the code was not clear on the paper even with trying different letters. We did send an email but no response. The bathroom shower curtain is not appropriate for that shower as water was getting on floor. A shower door would be better.. A boom in the room and a mop would have been handy.
