Keys weren’t in lockpad, but I think our arrival had been overlooked. Quickly rectified though.

GHThe property is in a great location in Newport and is very clean. The hosts set it up appropriately. It’s in a quiet and green neighborhood. The kitchen had a lot of things.
- It’s not value for money. 300 pounds for 2 nights is a lot. - The beds are single and very small. The headrests aren’t permanent and tend to move. - The space is very cramped and the photos are a bit confusing. - The bathroom was small and slippery. One of my family members actually slipped in the bathroom.

GBUnfortunately we turned up at 2pm having requested early check in having had an email and host not expecting us. We paid £20 extra was shown to the accommodation but it was the wrong one. Was shown to the current one (nor a problem these things can happen). However, there were 3 of us and the put you up bed was not made up and was broken. The bed linen in the cupboard was not clean so we asked for new bedding which the host provided and we set up ourselves. Not a big problem but the room obviously hadn't been prepared for 3 guests - under the circumstances I feel that we should be refunded the additional cost paid for early check in . Was also confusing to find as host had 2 properties so if the host wasn't there we would not have found the right accommodation. Everything else was expected and the host was helpful in putting things right. We were probably just unfortunate on this experience
