Harbour View- Cosy Maisonette, Close to Brixham Harbour

Excellent location, 2 mins into the town via steps. Lovely and clean. 2 good sized bedrooms. Kitchen/lounge is petite but does the job nicely.

This accommodation was fantastic, it was clean, tidy and was at a great location. We were able to walk down to the harbour in just a few minutes. The maisonette was a great size for a comfortable stay. Josh was great at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay which made everything run smoothly.

Only things that could improve are the bed in the master bedroom was a bit too soft for my height and weight (I’m 6’3) and the bathroom tap is a bit hard to turn! We really appreciated the kitchen cleaning kit, but would have been great to receive a bathroom kit as well (maybe a little soap, shower gel, and shampoo). Aside from those things, our stay was great!

Perfect location central to everything. The whole of Brixham is very hilly with lots of steps, but this is the area not the property. The property itself is beautifully situated overlooking the harbour. You can walk to everything and you can see beautiful Views of the harbour from the windows of the kitchen, the bathroom and child's room. Well kept and clean. The apartment had everything we needed. There is even a picnic set included with the kitchen utensils which we thought was a lovely touch. Towels & bedding are included, which is a lovely addition too. We had a fabulous week in Brixham. We even saw seals in the harbour and really enjoyed.

Charming property in a lovely location close the the harbour. Comfortable beds and a great view from the bathroom. Lock box with possibility to check-in late was very helpful, especially as our car broke down on our way to Brixham!

Lots of narrow stairs - but to be expected from a loft property. Welcome pack contained lots of single use UHT milk, biscuits and sugar and two dishwasher tablets - although there was no dishwasher or washing up liquid. I would prefer a welcome pack more tailored to the specific property and without use of single use items.

Living area ok in size but the pitched roofline reduces the usable space.
