GBThe house is stunning. Loved the pool especially. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating arrangements
Hot tub was just a 2 person inflatable spa which wasn’t warm enough to use until day 2.
GBThe beds and kitchen area were all clean and tidy with lots of space. Swimming pool was very clean and warm. Jacuzzi was clean and warm.
Bathrooms needed more attention to cleaning, lights in the garden were not in use so jacuzzi area was not able to be used after dark.

Lack of cleanliness, lazy spa instead of hot tub and it was not heated up so we could not use it, the pool was also very cold and dirty with tv in pool area disconnected. Extremely tired decor, broken tiles and chipped paintwork everywhere. Attempted to contact owners but had no response. Pool cues inadequate and broken, dirty toilets with no soap and dirty showers. Lots of loose wires which is very dangerous.

The property was filthy, there was food waste from the previous occupant in the fridge and on the cutlery in the cutlery drawer. The bin in the kitchen had not been cleaned. There was mildew and mould in the upstairs Ensuite bathroom. The floors were grubby and not clean. The trap on the clothes dryer was full of fluff and had not been cleaned out and was a fire hazard. Three of the five beds were on the floor. The radiator in the master bedroom was not working with a loose control valve. The owner had put an oil radiator in the room which did not look in a good state of repair. The property was cold and the heating was not on. The water in the pool was not heated and was cloudy as it had not been cleaned for a while. The hot tub was an inflatable not a hot tub.

GBThe pictures online looked amazing and everything it had to offer, we enjoyed the pool although, the waterfall had been disconnected and basketball hoop had been removed, enjoy game of pool but the triangle for balls had been removed
The hob on cook was smashed n only told a hour before arriving, so couldn’t cook! There was no game console, the cinema tv didn’t work, the hot tub was dirty n jets were broken. The whole house needed a good deep clean, I spoke to host and he said he would ring me to assist with problems although he never did n blanked other messages, from reviews a lot has been unkept n broken for some time, letting the experience of what you perceive the property to be like with pictures online! It wasn’t the best and wouldn’t be returning! Host obviously didn’t care about the guests or maintaining the house upkeep, strongly recommend people looking into staying, don’t waste your money
