GBGBGBUnfortunately, there was nothing I liked about the property. Our stay was extremely unpleasant. The cleaner entered the property without notice and aggressively shouted at my family to leave because we were 10 minutes past checkout. The property was not clean when we arrived, the water was freezing with no way to adjust it, and to our shock, there were security cameras in the garden which were never disclosed or signposted — a serious invasion of privacy. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
Our stay was absolutely horrific. The property was not clean on arrival, and the water was freezing cold with no way to heat it. There were undisclosed security cameras in the garden, which is a serious invasion of privacy. Worst of all, the cleaner — a very aggressive man — entered without notice and began shouting at us just 10 minutes after checkout. He broke a pool stick in half, took off his gloves in a threatening way, and indicated he wanted to fight. He then left, saying he would return with others. We were terrified. They even locked the gate to prevent us from leaving, and one of our children had to jump over it to let us out. We reported the incident to the police. This was one of the most frightening and unsafe experiences we’ve ever had. I strongly urge others not to book this property.

Bins weren’t changed - there were used sanitary products in bins. Pool was cold. Broken induction hob. Curtain rail was broken. Not enough instructions on how to use appliances. Cobwebs in every room. Layers of dust under beds. Mouldy shower. Unclean utensils. Hand wash was watered down. Blood stains on the toilet seat. Not enough towels. Cigarette butts all over back garden floor. Hand prints on windows and kitchen equipment. Stains all over sofa. Generally, the house dirty and not fit for purpose.
