Luxury Cheshire House with Indoor Pool, Cinema & Hot Tub

The house itself and the garden and facilities were great.lots of space.great modern facilities and beds were comfy plenty of bedding. host was helpful and welcomed us .clear signage for WiFi ,gate.etc.we had a wonderful time.ww Have made lots of happy memories

If I could say although it didn't stop us from having fun.the pool was fine .the jacuzzi says it doesn't go on full jet for hair entanglement.we feel it wasn't working it was warm but no jets so we didnt get the proper experience we would come to expect.maybe its better to let people know in advance..id say there's a need for improving the upkeep of doors. .my mum got stuck due to lock in downstairs loo for a while so did I. The bbq is good.pizza oven could do with a clean.and. some of the outdoor chairs most of outdoor stuff was fine.the wooden hut had cowebs so maybe a spruce up..overall we loved our experience. Plenty for space for us all...need extra towels for hair not just bath towels would be usefull.need to bring hand-wash and shower gel.some tvs not working.

Couldn't stay much longer.

Upon booking, the property appeared ideal for a family holiday—beautifully presented online and priced accordingly. On arrival, we were initially impressed. The layout, particularly the kitchen and dining area, was excellent, and the pool and hot tub looked inviting. However, I regret to say that our experience was significantly impacted by several issues, which I outline below. There was no guest information book with instructions for anything which was strange or missing. Outside areas. The outside hut was unusable due to how dirty it was and full of cobwebs and no heating as disconnected. BBQ area was unclean, although left coal to use no grate to use for cooking on. 1. Cleanliness The overall cleanliness of the property was far below expectations: Sanitary bins were nearly full-on arrival. Cobwebs were visible in ceiling corners and light fixtures. Dead insects, including a squashed wasp, were found in various rooms. Human hair was present in the jacuzzi bath. The toilet stained with urine & brush was in an unacceptable condition. Sticky residue was found on the bathroom floor. Dust accumulation on blinds and shelves suggested a lack of recent cleaning in the last month or more. Kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty. Given the nightly rate of £500, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. It appears the cleaning service may not be fulfilling their responsibilities adequately. Looks like a simple changeover clean was done but not completed. Even the younger family members complained about the cleanliness, who normally would not see or mention it. 2. Pest Issues Ants were present throughout the kitchen and later spread to the lounge and dining areas. Despite using the provided ant powder, the issue worsened over the week, affecting our ability to enjoy meals comfortably. 3. Kitchen Equipment The kitchen was poorly equipped for a group of our size:8 Only one oven dish was available to cook with crazy.

Nothing, was beyond horrendous, not as described. Worse place I have ever stayed

Amazing garden, jacuzzi, swimming pool , grill Great location, quiet aming nice country side The living spaces with open kitchen, huge wood table, great sofas, soo many showers

The upkeep is not to the level of the house, the house is a 10 but not that clean. I couldn't sleep well due to very soft bed and the drapes let the sun through. There is 2 oven but no oven and many showers but no carpets. Doe this price range it's not okay

Spacious, lovely grounds and great for group weekend away

Unfortunately house needed some TLC & was actually dirty in places. Shame as the house is so beautiful when you first arrive & it seems modern but as you start looking around you realise that the house does need some work. Curtains/blinds were handing off the wall, wallpaper is coming away. I didn’t really comfortable getting in the pool as when I pulled the cover off there was a plaster at the bottom. The house wasn’t the cleanest and just felt it’s not really cared about. I had not contact with the host either apart from when we arrived the cleaners were here and they had to get them to contact me how to get in & out gate .

How spacious it was, the garden, the pool, the location is great near lots of different towns.
