Stunning stay 6 minutes from NEC and Birmingham Airport

It was a ok place to stay if you wasn’t there for that long

The mattress in the 2nd bedroom felt like I was on a ski slope, half the tv channels didn’t work, the water out shower Wel there wasn’t much water coming out shower, boiler kept going off an heating, there was no toilet paper, and for 150 pound and also 150 pound deposit which they took 40 pound from for a bit of chocolate on a bed sheet! So not a very good review I’m afraid

Spacious and clean

Modern comfortable apartment with parking.

It was located close to where we needed to be. Enough room for all of us. Clear instructions to get into the property.

Minimal amount of toilet roll, no hand wash in the bathrooms and no curtains in the living room where one of the beds are, therefore difficult to sleep in that room when the sun rises.

It was a beautiful apartment, but the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. There were also some issues with the heater. There aren’t any restaurants or shops nearby — only one small shop within walking distance. If you’re driving, there are shops and restaurants just a few minutes away. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, and since we had many heavy suitcases, it was quite difficult to carry them up. There was no one available to help with the luggage. My self and my husband we have spine problem so it was vwry hard for us .when i booked i didnt know the apartment was on 3rd floor.

I didnt like the location because there was no resturents or cafe or shop near by

预收150磅押金，在结束住宿，我们已经离开英国后，才告知下水道堵了要扣钱，还说我延迟退房25分钟。所以要扣除全部150磅押金！没有收费说明邮件！没有收费标准和证据！说扣了就不退还押金了！要知道我发现下水道不通畅的时候，检查发现下水管只有手指那么细！这不是故意让下水频繁堵塞，然后好多赚罚金吗？这种管理和诈骗有什么区别？住这里小心点！一切留下证据。
