what a gem of a place! We were greeted by the wonderful owners who went above and beyond our expectations. The cottage was perfect and they even left us water by the bed and lovely chocolates on our pillow. It is situated in the most beautiful gardens and we were able to use the bbq provided which was an added bonus and enjoy the beautiful weather. The location is excellent, within easy driving distance of many wonderful places, including Whitstable which is such pretty place. If you get a chance get them to show you around the house they are renovating, its fascinating, the work they are putting in is incredible, I cant wait to return to see the completed project. Will be back for sure!

Paul and Mark were very welcoming. The place was lovely and had everything we needed. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The cottage is situated in a beautiful garden. Lovely touches by the hosts lots of tea and coffee and coffee machine. Lovely comfortable beds, fluffy towels and soaps and shower gels. Mark and Paul were brilliant.

The kitchen is tiny very difficult to cook. The lounge would be too small for 4 people to sit in comfortably or eat in.

We had a lovely relaxing night away here. We were greeted by Mark and made to feel so at home. The cottage was so well equipped and every detail thought of. We even had pillow chocolates! Thank you so much, it was a perfect little getaway for 3 tired teachers! We’d definitely love to come back!

This cottage is a hidden gem in the middle of beautiful countryside. A place to escape and reset. The owners are amazing and friendly and are very willing to help with anything.

Green Cottage is a lovely cosy cottage in a quiet location . The cottage is very clean and comfortable with good facilities and lovely toiletries left for your use . There is a lovely garden which would be great in the summer months with Garden Furniture . Mark and Paul are very hospitable hosts and are on site if there are any issues

The only comment I have is that the kitchen area is a bit small - perfect for breakfast ( with a coffee machine ) ! however lots of good pubs nearby to have evening meal !

The photos really don't do it justice! plenty of space for two with two dogs. Lovely grounds and very peaceful and secure. Very organised with information and exceptional hosts. The posh chocolates and coffee bags were welcome!!

Everything was great but despite the clear instructions in the property we still couldn't get either heater to work.Probably us!

It has to be one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. The owners made us feel very welcome and we could relax at the cottage. Absolutely everything f had been thought about. All the essentials were provided and of good quality. I couldn’t recommend this place any more.

The kitchen could be bigger but it really isn’t an issue because there is so much close by.
