Spacious & Modern - 3 Bedroom - Gated - Free Parking - Jewellery Quarter

The accommodation was clean and the asthetics were calming and comfortable

The accommodation was cold with electric wall heater that were not secured adequately. In one of the double bedrooms there was a burn mark on the oak door from the heater, this was rather disturbing to see. The smoke detector had a bag secured around it which was again rather worrying. The drainage in the bathroom was very very slow, maybe some attention is need to check this to avoid future problems.

The property is nice and there is parking so that's a bonus. The rooms are a nice size and the deco is simple and chic. The living room is a nice size as we were able to relax and feel comfortable.

We were asked a couple of days before to pay a deposit which wasn't in the details when booking. The host came across rude when questioned this and then said to ignore the deposit payment. Information on which box to get the keys from was absent. Called the host who asked to facetime him who then told us we were at the wrong box and it was on the other side but didn't state it was on the other side of the gate where there were 3 boxes - tried to call him literally minutes after and didn't answer. Not acceptable. Curtains/blinds are useless - light came straight through. Needs to be more mirrors, there was only one full sized mirror in the ground floor bedroom and no mirror in the master bedroom. Sounds trivial but there were 5 women trying to get ready to go out, so this is relevant. Large window in the hall was left open and we couldn't reach it to close it.

The beds are comfy, the apartment is spacious, towels were provided and the hosts communication through the whole process! The hosts put plug in air fresheners round the whole apartment that smelt lovely. Lots of little homely touches like prints, vases and plants! We didn't use it, but the washing machine was a nice addition!!

Just to provide some spray or wipes to wipe down the kitchen sides after use. We didn't want to leave a mess for someone else to clean up! Very picky- a bread knife would be useful

Spotless. Three good bedrooms. Nice location in the Jewellery Quarter so a handy spot. Secure parking.

Only issue is that it’s slightly noisy from the Ring Road being close by.

The location was great 25 minute walk from the train station or 7 minute drive. The house was immaculate and very modern. The facilities were great and we had a good stay!

There was only 1 parking space allowed and we drove 2 cars but it’s possible to park a 2 minute walk away.
