Spacious and clean

With been on main road a little bit of traffic noise

Very well kept apartment and security at gate had no worries of van being broken into in carpark

Nothing to not like

Noise detecter slightly sensitive

This apartment is stunning, it has everything you require & is extremely clean.

It was perfect.

It was quite noisy overnight due to the dual carriageway and the location of the security box outside the bedrooms when people were talking. It was also very light and blackout curtains would make a big improvement. Would also have benefitted from J cloths in kitchen and a bath mat. The outside door handle on the bedroom next to the bathroom is coming off.

The owner of the property called the day of checkin to inform us of a party the night before and how the cleaner had left the window open as there was an odour at the property, the owner apologised but was attentive.

1. No toilet rolls, we had to go to the shops to get there. 2. Pink petals on the floor of the top bedroom, why hadn't the cleaner sorted this, is there not a checklist? 3. Door handle hanging off top bedroom 4. No tea towel in the kitchen. 5. Place does not meet the description, it's not stunning, in places it's disheveled and needing a refresh. 6. The quality of bedding was poor, I slept downstairs in the single bed and the duvet is very thin and cheap. 7. No wardrobe for me to hang my clothing downstairs.

Housekeeper kept entering property when we were out and I was then accused of leaving the door unlocked. Lack of sleep due to the bedroom being lit up by security light as right next to entry gate. Woken up and kept awake on the second night for over an hour by several groups of people that couldn’t get in shouting for the security guard. No saucepans or casserole dishes to use in kitchen. I’m a housekeeper of several properties and I have to say this property is lacking - blackout curtains or blinds should be used as the bedrooms were lighter at night than during the day. Broken lamp should have been removed from main bedroom before we arrived! Housekeeper should never enter the property when occupied and most definitely not touch the guests items.

Great location at the Jewellery Quarter, a nice neighborhood with everything you need (restaurants, markets, etc) not very far from the city centre. There's a Tram/Train station close to the flat, you can reach the centre in 10/15 min with the Tram. The apartment was very clean and well mantained. It was very easy to check in and check out and the host got in touch to know if we needed anything. There's a security guard in the front of the building as well, so it's a safe place too. The kitchen and bathroom were pretty clean and had everything we needed. The heaters were working fine so it was a very confortable stay. I do recommend for anyone travelling in a group to Birmingham. One of the best apartments I've stayed using Booking.

A mirror on the bathroom would be fine. And do take note that it's a 3 store building and bathroom is on the top floor, anyone sleeping on the ground floor needs to climb the stairs to reach the bathroom. The road in front of the building is always full of cars, even after midnight so can be noise sometimes, but nothing that can be really disturbing.
