Did online booking , had good discount, booking got confirmed and got confirmation. When I reached the hotel , the staff refused to honour booking even though I could see about 5 room keys still hanging on the wall. He even said I can get you in next door hotel. We left and started looking for other hotels and checked in and just about them I got further email that we can come now and no extra charge. Worst customer service. Specially at 7pm at might when there are limited options
