Collection O Dal Lake

I had an amazing stay at Super Collection O Dal Lake! The hotel's location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our every need was met.

Room was big with enough beds and sofas Staffs are helpful.

Rooms are not that clean and neat. No lift facility. Breakfast will get ready only after 8.30 am. It may go upto 8.45 .. No cable connection.just youtube can be watched in room tv. No proper heater facility. Only bed heater available. On demand small radio type heater available for extra charge.

Rooms and toilets are clean and nice

Staff and food also is very good

Super friendly and welcoming hotel located very near to the airport. We have been made to feel very comfortable here. The room had king size bed. Hotel staff attended quickly to all our queries.

Extremely Disappointing Experience* I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a complete letdown. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in for a rough stay. The first room I was assigned was filthy. The linen and blankets were stained and clearly hadn't been changed in a while. I requested a room change, but the second room wasn't much better. The toilets and washroom were unhygienic and didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. The floors were sticky, and the sink was clogged. It was clear that the hotel's housekeeping staff wasn't doing their job. To make matters worse, the drinking water bottle in my room had algae growing in it. This was not only disgusting but also a serious health concern. The hotel's location was also a major issue. It's situated far away from all the major tourist attractions, making it inconvenient for guests who want to explore the area. But what really took the cake was the staff's attitude. They were unfriendly and unhelpful, making it clear that they didn't care about their guests' experiences. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There's nothing to like about this place, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay.
