I Travelled 1st time from UAE. Collection Dal Lake is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Dal Lake as well as to Mughal garden, Cheshma Shahi, Nishat and lalchowk

Cold rooms, dirty old bathroom, no towel or toiletries. Overall room is no where closer to the picture shown. Food was bad too.
