Ac is not there in room and hot water geyser is not working

Nothing negative hospitality un comfortable room. Un tidy washroom even my booking was breakfast including @1507.66 Property owner charged 1891.

Very poor service

They didn’t allow us to checkin. Worst behaviour of the staffs. No remorse on denying checkin

Location is good walking distance to the city centre.

Arrived at the hotel yesterday to checkin but i was told they don't have room available. This was because i didn't make the payment for the booking. But in the booking confirmation it was mentioned payment will be hanled by the property and i didn't get any notification to make payment. Then called on the provided in the booking confirmation and spoke with someone on the phone. They apologised and arranged a room in some another hotel. However i spent around 2 hours trying to sort this and it was very stressful knowing i may not have room to stay i was panicking so was my wife and daughter. Finally they got us another room in a different hotel but it was not exactly what i had booked initially. The room was small meant for 2 people not for 3. Toilet seat broken. Bedding was disappointing. Blanket had no cover so its being used with out cover. Pillows were old. We were given 2 towels when i asked for one more the hotel guy said sorry not possible we don't have spare towels. No iron no hair dryer. Also no breakfast as this changed hotel does not offer breakfast so had to spend money on top of my booking for breakfast as original room was booked with breakfast Total disaster. The only reason i took this room as replacement was due to the fact i didn't want to spend time going hotel to hotel asking for availability. On top of that the taxi driver which i got from the airport to the original hotel was getting annoyed and asked me for more money as now i had to ask him to go to different hotel. How this can happen when i got the confirmation for my booking and was told room not available. Could you please investigate this and get back to me. My family and i never experienced this situation before and it was very stressful as it is to arrive to a new place and find out your hotel booking is not valid.
