The behave/attitude of the owner. He didn't respect the guest. He never answer the questions from the guest. Especially when the guest have difficulty to enter the apt. His information about the code is totally not works since he didn't give a full key code. For example the code he gave 555...but the right code is *555*. We find the right key by guessing..abd lucky us..it's work.

Nothing, the apartment was very dirty, the beds and bathroom were dirty and the (very narrow) parking space was occupied by another car. I tried several times to contact the owner/manager by telephone, but his only response by SMS was that he "was busy". We could not stay in the property and informed him that we would like a full refund. He did not accept this, still we had to book rooms and stay in a another hotel. I complained to Booking.com and received an offer of 60% of the price. In this light I consider that we were scammed for the remaining 40%, as it was not possible to stay the night there.

Ottima la posizione in pieno centro e comodissimo avere il posto auto riservato, chiare le istruzioni per trovare l'appartamento e fare il self check in, di per sé la casa non era brutta ma...

L'ingresso è inquietante, il portone è leggermente arretrato rispetto alla strada, c'è una recinzione in legno, si deve passare attraverso una corte totalmente sporca e fatiscente, si entra nel palazzo e si peggiora solo, 3 piani a piedi, scale strette e dire sporche è dire poco, pezzi di intonaco ovunque. L'appartamento ricordava le foto di qualche anno fa e aveva tanto potenziale ma tenuto molto male, davvero sporco. Lo avevo scelto perché desideravo cucinare qualcosa la sera ma non sono riuscita, la cucina è ben attrezzata ma non ho avuto il coraggiodi toccare nulla. C'è cattivo odore di chiuso quando si entra, in bagno c'è una seconda stanza in cui si trova una lavatrice in funzione con i panni dei precedenti ospiti, lenzuola totalmente stropicciate ma pulite, il che mi ha convinto a non andare via. Credo in Norvegia non si usi lavare a terra, in controluce il pavimento era pieno di macchie, c'erano capelli arrotolati e polvere sparsi in giro, un'orchidea quasi morta perdeva petali in continuazione, affianco c'era una zanzara morta. Non ho mai fatto una recensione così negativa ma la mia esperienza ad Alesund è stata rovinata da questo appartamento. Sicuramente offre il posto auto e la posizione è ottima, il prezzo rispetto agli hotel in giro è più basso ma comunque non meno di quanto io abbia pagato in tutti gli altri posti in Norvegia. Avevo chiesto all'host se ci fosse possibilità di caricare la macchina elettrica ma non ho ricevuto risposta, solo messaggi automatici su check in e check out.

La ubicación, el propietario muy majo, nos dió indicaciones para ver en Alesund. El apartamento es muy bonito y confortable

El menaje no estaba muy limpio, tampoco había para poder limpiarlos. Las sábanas y las toallas podían estat mejor... La limpieza correcta pero justita. Si solo vas a dormir perfecto, si vas a hacer uso de cocina mejor llevarte cosas.

Location is good

Host is horrible. The unit was supposed to include a parking pass for a designated parking space. I notified the host upon check in that it wasn’t there. He never got back to my numerous inquiries if it was okay to park there. I subsequently received a parking ticket. False advertising and horrible communication. You are better off staying elsewhere.

沒有電梯，住四樓，無法把行李搬到公寓。民宿入住、停車指引不明確，花了不少時間才找到公寓及停車位。入口簡陋荒蕪，樓梯狹窄、不乾淨，廚房用具簡陋、髒亂。入住後，有問題想告知民宿主人，卻未得到任何回應。
