Penthouse by Brosundet, Free Parking Space

Bathroom Lack of communication. There was no parking pass left for us and I tried to communicate about this but did not hear back.

The location is amazing, and having free parking here was so helpful. The place is really big which is a nice change from tiny hotel rooms. Other than the original dramas when checking in, the place was amazing.

We were only sent check in information when we asked for it. When we arrived, it was obvious the place hadn’t been cleaned from the last guests. It meant we had to wait over an hour so the cleaner could go through, meaning we couldn’t use the kitchen for dinner as originally planned. Sheets weren’t set up on the second bed so we made it ourselves. Washing machine was put on when we returned so we had to stop the cycle and remove everything ourselves so we could use it.

Easy access, great location, clean and very spacious. All You need for a day in Alesund. Recommended. Parking available included in price. Even the stairs didn't make any difference :)

Nice location, big apartment area, 3 rooms, kitchen equipment.

Very aged house with no renovation for decades. Entrance is via old yard behind wooden fence with no signs with the big garbage containers. There was crumpled bedding in closets and still working washing machine in the bathroom. Shower with dangerous wobbling glass walls. The beds were not prepared for 4 guests. The dish washing machine was full of the dirty dishes from the previous guests.
