Central location. Good description how to find the entrance. Big appartment. Owner is communicating well, fast replies.

Super disgusting fridge, it is moldy and dirty. Some plates were dirty and some dust on the floor. You hear constantly the car noise from the main road in front of the appartment. Take ear plugs. The drain in the shower works not properly. If you shower you flood the bathroom.

Getting up to the apartment was a bit hard going without a lift otherwise all OK

Its was very cousy and comfy.

Location of the house and the parking space is close to the flat. Big livingroom and bathroom.

There was no light / electricity in the hall, front of the main door and in the second bedroom. A bag of garbage was left right next to the front door. Bedsheets, towels, etc weren't ironed at all and fride was dirty.
