The hosts have promised to replace the sofa as the current one is not adequate as an additional bed.

Great location. Comfy beds. Clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.

Location, Carpark, easy door entry

We were extremely disappointed with this apartment. The couch, which was bizarrely listed as a "bed," had broken springs and large areas of slumping - completely unsuitable for sitting, let alone sleeping. It should honestly be taken to the rubbish dump. Calling it a "sofa bed" because it can be pushed together into a square is misleading and unacceptable. The actual beds were very low and basic, with equally basic linen. The kitchen was stocked with only the bare minimum - everything felt cheap and under-equipped, making it hard to prepare even simple meals. There were budget-looking heat pumps hanging on the walls that supposedly provided heating, but the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. They looked and felt like the cheapest possible heating option and did little to improve comfort. For the price we paid - especially compared to other places we've stayed in the area - this was a complete rip-off. The listing uses the word Luxury, which is laughable. They clearly do not understand what that word means. The listing did not reflect the reality of the accommodation, and we felt let down by the lack of comfort and quality. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.

Not where we booked to stay originally. We booked to stay in Merivale to be close to the location of the wedding we were attending but found out it was flooded due to a plumbing problem when we arrived and were transferred to Addington. Difficult to communicate. Only one coffee pod provided and couldn’t find the right sized ones to replace.
