Clean

False advertising. It was advertised as able to sleep five however there was no sofa bed, just a very uncomfortable couch. I was tempted to ask for a refund.

"Fantastic stay. Would definitely stay again, just not in the summer."

The only fault of the property is the lack of aircon upstairs. We arrived on a 30degree day and despite leaving the aircon on overnight, the two bedrooms located upstairs were rather hot. The cool air just doesn’t get up the stairs.

only one bathroom upstairs'. No toilet downstairs. No hand rail to front door..WiFi was not available and TV required registering for approval to use the free to air channels. This needed to be done on line.[which was not available].However a nice new unit.
