A entrega das chaves e indicaco do apartamento. A localizacao das chaves estava mal indicada. Entramos num edificio com o numero da porta correcto e afinal as chaves estavam no supermercado ao lado - nada evidente ! levamos tempo ate la chegar. Deram nos as chaves do apartamente errado ! tivemos de voltar ao supermercado ... afinal o numero do apartamento era outro. Finalmente ja no apartamento certo havia um estendal com roupa a secar !! Em sumario pessima experiencia ! nao vamos voltar nem recomendar.

GBAll good except the one issue of gaining access. The key code not send before arrival.... Took some time to sort but host did her best to remedy the situation.
BE- Amazing value for money, I would book again - Very close to the main train station, the opera and a tram stop. - We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) and we had enough space. - The appartment is very cosy and it feels very new - The owner was helpfull and flexible with us
- We were a bit unsure about the air evacuation while cooking and we were not feeling confortable to cook something.
