One&Lux Lumbreras, bright duplex with private terrace

L'appartamento è molto carino il terrazzo stupendo anche se gli arredi esterni non erano molto puliti ma essendo anche fuori stagione sono poco utilizzati..la posizione comoda a tutti i servizi.

La camera da letto dà sulla strada quindi non è molto silenziosa. I cuscini sono stretti e alti. Ma ho riscontrato lo stesso tipo di cuscini in tutti gli hotel della Spagna.

La terrasse

L’appartement manque d’amour: les meubles de patio sont inconfortables et défraîchies. Les lumières dans le salon et la salle à manger manque de charme, ce sont des néons. Des lumières d’ambiance seraient de mise dans le salon et la salle à manger. Manque de poêlon et chaudrons. À notre arrivée et à notre départ, la lumière de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas ils ont dû venir la réparer.

The balcony was so nice and kitchen facilities easy to use

Air con is a little bit loud but no complaints otherwise it was great

Apartment was in a great neighbourhood not noisy and a great terrace which was a suntrap the whole day loads of nice local restaurants and within walking distance of most of the things you would want to see

Shower was great but a little on the small side and kept on hitting my arm off the door handle in the bedroom

Comfortable bed.

The dangerous stairs. Broken patio doors that didn't close. Foul smell from patio drain.

The supply of pans in the kitchen is a little poor The French window leading onto the balcony is decidedly uncomfortable

Perfect location, nice terrace. Apartment has all the amenities to cook at home.

We stayed in January. It was really cold in the bedroom downstairs. Air conditioning downstairs didn’t work. Also it was noisy, because of wooden windows. Space for cooking in the kitchen is very small. Kitchen and terrace is on another floor in the apartment and stairs are steep enough, narrow and slippery so it is not so easy to get down quickly. And if you have groceries you need to bring them to the kitchen by stairs same with garbage (not very comfortable to bring it downstairs). There no any shelves or wardrobe in the corridor, just chairs. The door in bathroom was broken. Water in the boiler heated up very quickly to a dangerously hot temperature and it was easy to get burned.
