The living room was uncomfortable: terribly dirty curtains, a dirty broken sofa, the smell of cigarettes, moldy textiles on the terrace. Also, there was no toilet paper, we received it to the evening of next day. The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking and washing dishes. If you are sensitive to sleep, the noise of cars may disturb you, for us it was not a problem. We would not stay here again

Spacious and well furnished with appliances. Loved that it has a terrace.

The location was really good, there are many excellent restaurants and bars all around. You can also easily walk to the town center, Triana, Expo etc. It is especially good for young travelers I would say. The terresse was so nice, everything worked well, the kitchen was super and I had a great time.

Yes, the noise in the bedroom is a bit much, but for me it was okay. If I had traveled with a child, I think it would have been harder.

so so noisy -every car and person walking past it is like they are in the room, sofa bed uncomfortable, left my watch in the apartment at the end of our stay, waited 2 hours for cleaners after being told they would be there in half an hour, then had to go and was assured my watch would be posted, now saying they cant find my watch

Good location. Nice-sized terrace. Good Wi-Fi speed. All pots, pans etc. stocked. Very clean. Relaxing feel of the flat.

Stairs very steep. Lock sometimes hard to open. Toilet leaking.

It was very clean. There was hand soap, dish soap, wash pods and enough toilet roll.

- the noise from the street was awful. Cobblestones and single glazing, it sounded like the cars would drive straight into the bedroom. - check-in procedure was weird. I said we would arrive between 8 and 9, there was no one. No instructions for the door or lock box. I ended up having to call the number on the reservation. - the lock/door was very challenging to open and close.

The rudeness was unacceptable. We were told ... QUOTE: "Please, go out of the apartment" "Find other apartment or hotel please" "We don’t have any available for those dates" We were nearly scammed into moving into another apartment that didn't exist for us. Sleeping outside on the open balcony was same noisy as inside. We couldn't use the bed all week

For me the street was a bit too noisy from the bedroom, so I slept upstairs on the sofa. No neighbor sounds:-).

The upside-down nature of the flat was fun, and the patio upstairs was good. Even in November we managed to spend some time out there. The Alameda de Hercules is rammed with places to eat and is really close.

The traffic noise was more than we were expecting, given that Calle Lumbreras looks like a quiet side street. There was a certain amount of confusion on our arrival, which left us sitting outside the flat unable to get in. Clearer instructions (key code for block; location of flat keys) would have prevented this problem.
