Place was absolutely filthy, cockroaches running everywhere. Stains on the couches and beds. If you walk barefoot your feet become black from the dirt. Everything had thick black grime on it. All calls and messages are basically ignored. After numerous attempts someone finally messaged me to apologize but that's all they did, no one came to clean. I could have got better units in better areas cheaper as well as with higher ratings. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Spacious , close to table mountain with views and Harbour views, pool, working netfix, comfortable beds, leather couches, spacious bulcony.

Apartment not clean, dirty extra duvet , dirty floors, dirty broom, dirty mop. Extra charges apparently separately for cleaning and the place wasn't cleaned properly.Over R1000 for cleaning is too much for 2 nights. Got charged international fees , I do not know for what.

The location is great. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. However it really does need some attention. The drain in one bathroom was blocked, the toilet was a bit leaky on the other side and there was no cleaning services despite us paying a cleaning fee

The key card collected from the security card did not work After almost an hour wait someone eventually came. Entire floor of the apartment was sticky Main bedroom bathroom light does not work Only 3 pillows in main bedroom No fitted sheet on Double bed in main bedroom, only mattress protector Only 1 glass in the kitchen - 3 champagne glasses only Wifi did not work, sent - sent a message to Chipo regarding this, still waiting for a reply No toilet bowl cleaner is main bedrooms toilet The cheek of it, I now get billed for a pillow which was not there and a bed throw - if it is missing it was not there to start with, the 1 in the main bedroom is there, not sure about the 2 single beds, did not check
