location excellent. Managing agent, Soughted were fantastic (replacing a matress within a day), they responded using Whatsapp very promptly. This unit is high quality, with lovely space and in a great location. Highly recomended.

"I was ripped off !!"

I was ripped off - i was unknowingly charged over R1000 for "Cleaning", and there was absolutely no cleaning offered during our stay. I sent an email and NO REPLY !!

Directions to the property were very confusing. Sugar wrapper papers all over the entrance floor on arrival. Only 4 Tea Bags for 3 pax on a two night stay. No waste paper bin in the bathrooms. Bathroom drain was blocked. Water took forever to drain out. Window Blinds: Strings to open and close were knotted and not operable, very frustrating. Apartment need some attention, maintenance.

Nice location and spacious apartment.

Drains were full of hair which was disgusting and when I messaged the manager I didn’t get a response.

"We had a great stay. Someone must check that the cleaners do a great job."

The security guys were very friendly and super helpful. The property is in a very good area and it’s beautiful.

The room was not clean, worse the extra blankets had stains on them. The unit had a bad smell when we got there and we had to address that on our own.
