Not enough toilet rolls, downstairs toilets did not flush properly

The location was great for bird watching at Snettisham. The owner was communicative and helpful. The bathroom was the best room and the shower was good.

The house was very tired inside with some spaces that simply weren't usable. We would have liked to have sat in the garden, but it wasn't maintained and there was no garden furniture. It wasn't really the standard we are used to in a holiday let.

Location excellent for the RSPB reserve

Very quiet location, short walk to shops, pubs cafe. We've stayed twice and would stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights. Cottage is very sweet. There is off road parking outside which was great as the cottage is on a double yellow line. Mark was v helpful with recommendations and ideas for our stay. House was exceptionally clean. Tea and coffee was provided and the kitchen is well stocked with lots of plates and cooking implements and even an air fryer. I stayed with my husband and two kids and it was really handy having a second toilet downstairs. Shower upstairs is really powerful and hot. My tiny gripe is, and this takes nothing away from the house, that check out is at 9am: I'd have liked maybe another half an hour but that is all. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

Stairs were a little steep, but expected.

Perfect location. Quiet and easy to access the village itself, the beach and the woods. Lots of lovely walks and convenient for meals out and, of course, the pub!
