"Few niggles but good base."

5.0

Comfortable beds, parking, sitting room Comfortable and modern. Though a few niggles it was a nice place to use as a base.

Untidy back garden, didn't want to use as not inviting and some modernising needed throughout, too many cobwebs, and it's not a conservatory! There are no instructions on using equipment or emergency contacts, places to eat, places to visit or when bins go out.

We loved everything. The cottage is charming and in a lovely village. The Rose and Crown pub is a great place to it in the village and thete is also a wonderful coffee shop that does amazing food plus a lovely coop shop. The cottage is very comfortable with everything and more we needed. Thank you Mark. We are returning next year.

"It was a fairly relaxed few days"

7.0

The only niggle was the lack of a washing up sponge and the absence of a replacement toilet roll. The garden could do with a little spruce up, just to make it look more inviting.
