The Brookhouse. Cheerful tiny house with Seaview.

We had a fantastic stay at the Brookhouse. Great location, clean, modern and cosy. I would 100% stay there again and would recommend to our friends. Delicious Scones on our arrival we're a lovely touch. Thankyou Abigail

Fantastic little cozy cottage within walking distance to the village and harbour. We loved the well appointed kitchenette, shower, skylights with remote blackout blinds, and wood burner. Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay again without question and recommend to others.

The bed and pillows were a bit hard (bed could use a topper and maybe a softer pillow option), wifi was slow and cut in and out, and property close to road but the new windows and doors cut out 90% of the road noise.

High quality finishes, really clean, nice thoughtful touches on arrival e.g. soap, scones & milk. Couldn't fault it.

Not so much a didn't like but directions could mention turning into Laston house as easy to find from this point on.

I loved the coyness the log fire Cieling windows the owl outside hooting seeing the boats at sea at nighttime it was peaceful relaxing good location

Nothing major Tv could have been a little bigger and higher so you could watch tv in bed bathroom sink a little small water splashed on floor ( but not much you could do as little room ( lovely bathroom ) And some wood screwed to wall at one end covering something could have been abit neater or put curtain over But in all fantastic enjoyed it a lot Came away to relax and chill and that’s what we did

Such an idyllic snug! Close enough to everything whilst feeling like the perfect hideaway.

Cosy and clean

I couldn’t find the hairdryer, I’m sure it’s listed as having one available

Great place to stay whilst we did some stretches of the coast path. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The only minor issue was that one of the windows didn't open, but wasn't a problem as the other window did

Fabulous location 2 mins to a lovely pub and 10 mins to the harbour Photos don't do it justice! Good value for money

Nothing to dislike

Really well appointed and comfortable tiny house. Loved waking up to the view.

I thought the road would bother me more but it didn’t.
