The Brookhouse. Cheerful tiny house with Seaview.

Lovely modern little property that had everything we needed. Quick to walk down to the harbour/cafés/coastal path so everything in Ilfracombe was made accessible by foot. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with our requests :)

Only downside was that really it was right on the main road so we weren’t that able to enjoy the balcony/sea view with peace and quiet due to the traffic! In the evenings though the windows were good at blocking out the noise

A microwave may have been useful but you can easily manage without.

Our stay at the Brook house was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, nicely finished and cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking ocean views made it even more special. A lovely surprise awaited us on arrival—a delicious cream tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

It felt a little noisy if the windows were open, due to proximity to the road. It also felt like we were a bit exposed (the reduced foliage at the front of the property probably contributed to this). Overall the stay was great and we highly recommend this place.

The place was lovely, very clean, had tea, coffee etc, milk in the fridge and scones with cream and jam which was a lovely touch. Abigail was great with communication and allowed us to have late check out at short notice which was greatly appreciated.

lovely cute property, close proximity to town and everything needed for a short stay. Nothing was too much trouble and extremely helpful with any requests.

Never came into contact with the owner, would have been nice to pick keys up and had a chat .
