Absolutely fantastic little house, everything was perfect, underfloor heating set to the perfect temperature, a wood burner for a cosy evening… lovely view , Easy parking, a short walk to the harbour then the town, a nice pub 2 minutes away…. Superb and highly recommended..

Absolutely beautiful tiny house, everything was just perfect,,clean and everything we needed when we arrived, even tea, coffee, milk and a cream tea waiting for us.

"Great little hideaway with a beautiful view"

Lovely home, clean and bright, great shower, scones, jam and cream lovely, beautiful views of the sea and surrounding hills from the decking which was very private so we sat out there as much as possible, nice short walk to the harbour.

"A good spot to have an adventure in North Devon."

Parking and location good. Nice property with good facilities.

Road closer than I would have liked but luckily the greener in front blocks most of it and softens the traffic noise.
