A lot of the lights didn’t work, no hot water

Nice big caravan Great location

Turning up to the luxury lodge on Friday to no gate and the steps going into the van broken! Come in and it is nice a big and spacious but there is so many problems that needs to be done the sofa is broken on the sides which you need to be careful sitting down, there is not smoke alarms that don’t work! the lights don’t work in the bedrooms there is 1 light that works very dimming lights in the 1 bedroom. The showers work but no hot water Isn’t good when you have kids! We had to boil pans of water for them to have a bath! Absolutely shocking! There was no heating and the boiler wouldn’t work for the hot water we couldn’t have shower. we tired to contact the guy who didn’t answer or pick his phone up! So we went without, it’s such a shame because the caravan its self is big and it can be a nice van! Needs work doing to it and more loving ! Definitely the boiler for the hot water and heating needs to be sorted! After messaging the guy all morning we got a text at 4:30 to say he has problems with the boiler and was sending someone over no one come to fix the boiler. Was waiting in all day and night for no one come and fixed it. We had to make the best out of the situation. Perfect location great camp things to do for children and the beach 10 mins walk! Will be coming back to Robin Hood but unfortunately won’t be coming back to this caravan.

It was spacious

Carpet filthy ,two beds had no mattress toppers ,dishwasher didn’t work,damp and mismatched bedding (two pillow cases for six pillows!),hot water boiler broken ,cooker filthy and extractior Decking wonky and balustrades loose ,handrail for steps coming away from fitting Chair seats and settee cushions smelt horrible

Sam karawan bardzo brudny , śmierdzi moczem , taras wokół karawanu bardzo niebezpieczny (stary cały sie trzesie), bardzo słaby internet .

Lovely van

You had to have the heating on to get hot water what wasn’t very good in the heatwave we never used the cooker as it didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned but the rest of the van was very clean

Spacious

The lodge had everything I needed and was extremely comfortable and beautiful.

The caravan is spacious but has seen better days.

There was nothing luxury about this caravan. In fact from the stairs to the decking, to the rooms all need renovation. The caravan needs deep cleaning to make it habitable. We booked for two nights but had to leave after the first night. That is how bad the living conditions were that my family couldn't stay.
