Posizione ideale per spostarsi a piedi nel centro storico, spazi perfetti per le due famiglie. Letti molto comodi. Accoglienza gentile e attenta.

Accesso ad una delle due cucine un po difficoltoso per via di diverse scale. Odore di fognature in uno dei due appartamenti, sopportabile ma da sistemare a nostro avviso. Parcheggio un po lontano dall'appartamento per via di lavori in una zona della città.

Küche und Terrasse sind nur über eine Treppe 3 Stockwerke höher zu erreichen.

The location was really perfect! Nice in the Centro storico of Monopoli. The restaurants were nearby and everything was in walking distance. This was our fourth time in Monopoli so we knew exactly where we wanted to have our vacation house. Monopoli is a really nice place and very nice to come with a family.

The house itself is okay for two people max. We were with four people in total. We had two children from the age 8 and 3. The house was to small for the four of us, which made it uncomfortable. We booked this place especially for the location and with the beach Cala Porta Vecchia. But that was closed because of renovations, so we needed to walk a bit further than anticipated. Which was quite a disappointment. It was something that would have been nice to inform us about before we finalized the booking. The price was high, and if we knew from the apartment owner that the beach was closed, then we would've gone to another part of Monopoli. If you are with 2 people and you have no kids, then this place is perfect! Nice location.
