San Vito Apartments - Puglia Mia Apartments

Location location location!

No body wash or hair conditioner. Got 1 sachet of shampoo for 3 nights. Corkscrew was broken and didn’t get a replacement until the following day. Not a big deal but would have been frustrating if we had needed it!

The apartment is very well located, the neighbors who live there keep an eye on who enters the building, you will keep yourself and your belongings safe. The apartment was clean and it looks recently renovated. The service was great, the operator of the apartment contacted us the day before our arrival and she brought the key within a few minutes of our arrival. The apartment was really quiet although there are so many bars and restaurants around. Originally we planned to go to the paid beach which is far away from the apartment because the free beach just in one minute walk is quite crowded, but in the end we only went to the free beach...

The booking.com page is a bit confusing when you choose the apartment you want, but this is probably not a mistake of the advertiser. The owner asked for a deposit (credit card number), which was not in the terms and conditions. It would not be a deal-breaker, but should be clearly defined in advance. There is no door between the bedroom and the living room where the other bed is, so it is less suitable for four adults (but depends on what they want to do together... :)), but traveling with children, it is fine to feel themselves safe. The sofa bed is also really only suitable for children, I only tried it when I was telling my kids eveing tale.

Separate bedroom has not door. So in my opinion it is not separate room. Description in offer has mistake.

It was a little bit noisy during the evening hours

San Antonio Apartment was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect within walking distance to everything in the historic centre. Our location was so picturesque with tourists stopping for pictures at all times of the day. There was a wonderful older gentleman "Beppino" who lived next door and sat outside watching and talking to all who passed by. He gave the location that special little Italian touch. Would highly recommend this location.

Excellent location in the centre of the historic town of Monopoli. Private terrace overlooking the sea and a quiet room on the first floor.

To reach the kitchen and the terrace you had to go up to the second floor via a narrow staircase. The kitchen was not sufficiently equipped. There was no cutting board, kettle, bowls and more. The only drawback in the accommodation, otherwise we were happy.

No clear info that bedroom and kitchen was 2 Floors up available through steepy and high steps. The wifi did not work for us upstairs so we Could not use e-nanny for our baby boy sleeping downstairs. In my opinion the flat was much smaller than declared 55m2. It is one bedroom downstairs, tiny kitchen upstairs and a terrace. I suggest adding one fridge downstairs so that you do not have to walk up to grab a cold drink etc
