"The place is nice but too quite and the staff is big NO"

Good spacious neat

Master bedroom have stain on the bedsheet. The staff a bit pushy and no manners. Keep reminding to pay security deposit rm200 even we inform we are otw and late check in. Even send a reply to our message with a reminder finger ☝️to pay the security depo. We paid rm803/nite and we check in late abt 8.30pm+ and we ask if we can check out late than 11am. Not even considering our request and said got another guest coming in which we all know its not. Anyway thats the last stay there, not anymore.

size of the house with extra beds and entertainment facilities

Not Clean with so many cockroachs.. very low water pressure with noisy sound of waterpump.. misleading auto gate button in the house damaging vehicle, cooking equipment not working conditions
