My family and I have visited the bay 3 times, and it never disappoints me. Especially with our guide Dan, the best guide, he is attentive to everything, always taking care of all the details, he is fantastic, he helps us with everything, he has the patience to explain things as many times as necessary, especially when your level of English is low like mine. It's incredible.

We took two cruises to see Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay. Both boats are very comfortable and have everything you need to have a good experience. Our guide Dan was very kind and attentive to everything.

A really lovely experience! We had Dan looking after us and he gave us great service, advice and entertainment. The activities were great and Halong bay was so beautiful.

The staff in the cruise are so friendly and helpful a specially boo taken care of use and give us complementary drinks there are so many activities and they are so well plans and enjoyable we had great time on this cruise must visit.

The staff was very friendly, the boat was clean and stable and lunch was delicious. Boo, the restaurant manager's service was excellent and kind. Lee the cruise manager was helpful, friendly and great overall (but he makes too much dog jokes).

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. We enjoyed delicious meals featuring fresh seafood and local cuisine. The itinerary was well-planned, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and exciting activities like kayaking and exploring caves. I highly recommend this cruise for anyone looking to experience the magic of Halong Bay in style and confort.

Wish we could have stayed for 2 nights instead of 1! The room on the cruise was extremely beautiful and the activities were well managed. Shout out to Mr Lee for taking good care of us while aboard.
