Una bella nave con atmosfera non troppo grande e tutta il legno

The cruise was full of activities. So we were never bored. Dan as cruise manager was very nice and interactive. We visited caves, an island for swimming, had tai chi and some sunset party. We are vegetarian, and we had informed them. So they made special arrangements for us for food.

Oltre alla crociera, siamo riusciti a fare una escursione nelle isole, un bagno sulla spiaggia, e una gita in Kayak per vedere le scimmie. Il cibo a bordo è ottimo e incluso nel prezzo. Bevande escluse. Il personale di bordo molto efficiente, con un po’ di difficoltà a parlare l’inglese.

Le personnel est au petit soin, très souriant et arrangeant, les transferts avant et après ont été très bien organisés avec une communication constante et rassurante. Le bateau est bien équipé et le dîner sur la baie d’Halong était juste magique et splendide.

Il faut être préparé au fait que l’endroit est vraiment très touristique et que tout le mode fait les mêmes activités au même moment…

The restaurant team, waiters, bar staff, and kitchen crew were all friendly, attentive, and truly did their best to deliver good service within their area. The location of the ship, especially during sunrise and sunset, was beautiful. The room itself was spacious and nicely designed – and we did enjoy the kayaking despite the environmental issues.

Check-In, reaching the ship, rushed activities and less time to relax.

Ha Long bay is beautiful and definitely worth the visit. The trips were lots of fun. The views from the deck from dinner were fantastic. The only reason I am not giving a low score rating is because I know the staff were trying to make up for how disappointed we were with booking experience.

Very difficult to write this review as even though I booked Hera cruise, my review is of the cruise they changed us to without our permission or consent: Amanda cruise. The booking was a terrible experience for me. First of all I made the booking after few weeks of thorough search of different cruises looking for the best option for us. We wanted a small cruise experience and the fact it stated it was “all inclusive” was also nice. Then with less than 24 hours notice we get a message from the booking company on WhatsApp to let us know our cruise will not be going ahead because the boat can’t leave the dock but they will be transferring our booking to a different cruise from their parent company. They kept repeating how we should be grateful because they aren’t making us pay extra for the change! I have never experienced such lack of professionalism, as they didn’t even ask us for our opinion, didn’t give us an option to cancel and I had to ask a couple of times for them to even send us the link to the new cruise!! And we never would have opted for the bigger cruise. And finally they told us that their interpretation of “all inclusive” is complementary water bottles. No other country I have ever been to has had such interpretation and according to Vietnamese websites, no other hotel or cruise in Vietnam has this interpretation. Therefore, I would not recommend booking with this company unless you are flexible to change and you don’t care about your opinion being taken into consideration.
