I appreciate that the code to enter the house was sent to us in time via email. The kitchen on the ground floor was relatively well equipped. The house was spacious, the interior relatively bare. The linen (towels and sheets) was clean, smelled good of washing powder. There was a toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. Thank God there was hot water, otherwise we would have froze in the house.

The house was not insulated, the heating did not work. Even in August it was very cold here, we used to come home sick. The only salvation was warm water. The bathroom looks worse than shared bathrooms in university dormitories. After the last use of the toilet before we left, the toilet was clogged and there were no tools available to fix it. The equipment of the rooms is very bad. There was little storage space, we had things on the floor in plastic bags. The only closet in the bedroom was full of duvets without covers that we left in place and didn't use the closet. The only small carpet in the room was visibly trampled and full of hair. The floor wasn't clean either, I was glad I had slippers with me. My friend didn't have slippers with her and almost immediately had black socks off the floor. The walls throughout the house are stained, as are the couches downstairs. There was a very strange smell downstairs, it is hard to describe what it was. We didn't want to spend time there, we spent the evening only in the bed, which was the only one that seemed clean to us. We stayed here for an overnight stay for the Leeds festival and we're glad the festival made up for it. We know this place was one of the cheapest places to stay in Leeds and we didn't have high expectations but we were disappointed as the photos on the internet don't do it justice at all and we were very cold at night. We left the accommodation at 1 in the morning, 9 hours before check-out. It is really a place suitable only for an overnight stay, definitely not for a week's vacation or for a family with children. The location of the accommodation is the worst part of Leeds (says internet). The good point is that is about 25 minutes walk from the bus station. It was a mistake to make this reservation. After this experience, next time I will choose accommodation with a higher price for higher quality.

We had the whole house for an absolute bargain. Hard to fault it for the money.
