No TV it was on the wall but no Ariel couldn't connect to the WiFi on the TV Only one fork Stairs where very steep In the middle of one of the worst estates in Leeds East end park near the railway line so noisy

the property was clean and functional

there was no bedding for the sofa bed ie sheets the sofa bed was hard. the other beds were uncomfortable the furnishing was dirty and the towels were old and threadbare i asked for an early check-in my booking reflected this i received no communication about it when i proactively chased this i was told there would be additional fees and access information was not provided until 1 hr before which left me feeling very vulnerable and unassured.

Tight stairs

Apartment was over 2 floors (including ground floor). Easy to get in, kitchen had basic utensils, washing machine. Wifi was strong through the flat. Parking was free outside the flat and felt safe. Minimal noise from outside or neighbors. Both bedrooms were clean, x2 double beds comfortable to sleep.

The property, especially in the living room, didn't feel so clean. Marks on the sofa's. It would be helpful to simply cover them up with a blanket and few pillows will make living room warmer and more inviting. Also noted marks on the walls going up to the bedrooms.

The location was great , short journey from the centre

Don’t trust what is advertised on the booking, early checkin and 11am check out is incorrect. We only found this out after we booked, but we requested an early check in as we had a reservation which the host was aware of. He made no attempt to meet this request and ended up giving us the check in detail after the time he mentioned, leaving us in a very difficult situation. The host is very unresponsive to texts and calls, leaving us feeling very unaware and unsure of the situation. The house was dirty and we found multiple shards of glass by the side of the bed, which were noticed from my partner cutting his foot by standing on it

I booked for 3 adults and 3 children. When I got to the house there was only 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. No sofa bed. I tried to call the landlord and no answer. Tried to raise a complaint with bookings.com and even they can’t get hold of landlord. I am very unhappy with booking.com and how they have left this landlord advertise this property was fit for 5 people.

Clean and cost effective.
