Luxury Lake District Holiday Lodge-Sleeps 4

Stunning property, lovely and spacious had all the stuff we needed, the views are amazing. The owners are absolutely brilliant, during our stay we got caught up in some heavy snow and couldn’t make the drive into the town for bits and bobs, Phil went out of his way to run us down in his 4x4. Honestly one of the nicest places Ives stayed in the UK. Would highly recommend without any hesitation!

Everything …. Best we have ever stopped in ( and weve had quite a few in the past) theres not 1 thing we could complain about .it was perfect .

Everything was great! Caravan was extremly clean and felt more like a home than a Caravan. Had everything you needed, would recommend it too any one! The view from the desking is beautiful!

This is probably more personal preference than a dislike. I found the mattress was too uneven and I struggled too sleep. Again that is probably more personal preference as I am sure it wouldn't be a problem for others.

Everything was just perfect. We only had a couple of nights in the caravan but would of loved to have stayed longer,. If we visit the Lake District again we will definitely return. We've also recommended it to family and friends, since arriving back home Thanks Karen 😊

We enjoyed our 3 day stay here. It was easy access from the main road but yet very peaceful on the site. The home was very clean and contained everything we needed. The kitchen has a good sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (we didn't use the latter, but handy to have for longer stays) and it is well equipped with plates, utensils, etc. The view is lovely too with nothing to block it. We found the owners to be helpful from booking to stay, and it was nice meeting Karen on arrival. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Cumbria next year.

I initially had some issues getting into the property, but Phil was here in an instant. He walked us through the property and also provided information on where to visit as this was our first time. The property was very clean and had all the essential items for cooking and cleaning. The area was very quiet. Myself and my wife enjoyed our stay and we will be looking at staying here again in the future.
