The property is exceptional, everything was perfect and done to a very high specification.

There is nothing to dislike about the property

The property was very homely and felt like a home from home, it had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Shortly after our arrival the host Phil come along and greeted us and was very friendly and happy to help with anything that we needed for our stay. When looking for somewhere to eat on the second night of our stay Phil was very kind and sent us some suggestions which we all thought was very helpful. The property was immaculate and not a bit of dust or dirt in sight. The bedrooms were outstanding, both had televisions on the wall and the master bedroom was very impressive as it has a walk in closet area and a large bathroom with a bath tub in the en suite which is something you don’t normally find in holiday homes so this extra touch was great! The beds were extremely comfortable my partner even said it was the best night sleep he has had in a while! The weather was perfect for our stay and this made the use of the outside seating even more enjoyable! Our family who stayed with us here had their daughter who is a toddler with them and we found plenty to do to keep her entertained while enjoying a break away from home. The property was overall beautiful and so worth the money we paid to stay for the weekend and lived up to every expectation, we could not find one fault even if we tried! We will definitely be back such a lovely quiet holiday park with friendly people, plenty to do and lovely views

Truly felt like a home away from home, but with a far better view! Place was immaculate, warm and inviting.

The comfort, quality, all the extra items, even board games, DVD’s washing machine. Way too many items to mention. You’ll be sorry if you pass this one by. Absolutely excellent.

Our hosts were fantastic, offering us a warm welcome and advice on the best walks and sites to visit in the area. The holiday home had everything you could need for a short stay, it was warm and clean with beautiful views- we would love to visit again.

It felt like home from home, clean tidy fantastic facility’s everything you would want for a relaxing few days.

I can’t think of one thing it was exceptional.

What a beautiful caravan in a beautiful location! We absolutely loved spending 2 nights here. The caravan itself definitely feels luxurious and the views are excellent. It's set in an ideal location being close to places like Keswick and the coast.

This property had everything you’d need for a home away from home experience. The hosts were on site and were very helpful. It was spotless, warm and welcoming. They also catered for small children providing high chair, small plates, bowls etc, games and offered a travel cot.

Nothing it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
